For customers with the TOC Self Learning Program, you may complement your learning with the TOC Insights. By adding the TOC Insights you will go deeper into each area. Each session has material that is not covered inside the TOC Self Learning Program. For example, in Operations you will explore 3-4 type of plants, and in Project Management you will see the distinction between single & multiple projects. There are examples and excerises to help you internalize the knowledge. This is an ideal tool for training within groups.
