The Webcast helped us getting the buy-in of the Business Heads, Production Heads and the Project Managers in moving ahead with the steps needed to "Reduce Bad multi-tasking" viz. for Freeze, Redeployment of resources to accelerate project completion and the concept of "Full Kit."

The GWS on CCPM was extraordinary! Our senior Project Managers met from 7am to 10am for 10 weeks to watch the webcasts and discuss how and if it would apply in our ennvironment.
