A: Please download the TOC-SLP Install-Uninstall Program to uninstall your TOC-SLP. Run the program from the computer where the TOC-SLPs where installed and select the UNINSTALL option. You will need your login name, password and serial numbers to uninstall your TOC-SLP. Please remember that for your benefit, you have up to two chances to install the TOC-SLP and that the program is for personal use ONLY . A:If you are a registered Goldratt's Marketing Group's web site user, then you must use your Login Name and Password for the install/uninstall procedure. A: The TOC Self Learning Program (TOC-SLP) is the CD-ROM series of the Goldratt Satellite Program presented by Dr. Goldratt. The TOC Insights is a self-learning, interactive material created by Dr. Goldratt & Avraham (Rami) Goldratt.

Download the latest version of Windows Media Player® from http://windowsmedia.com/download/download.asp.
After downloading the software, install it on your computer and
insert the CD again. If the problem persists, please review the configured font size. If you are using large, change it to small. If this does not solve your problem please proceed with the alternate solutions presented on this page.

The problem you are facing is most probably due to an older version
of the Direct-X plug-in that is installed in your computer. If you
have Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows Millennium Edition
(Me) please go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?ReleaseID=27741 and download the Direct-X 8.0a, which is the newest version.

There might be several reasons for this. Check if you have any problems
with your video card, try to have some assistance from any computer
technician. Most cases are related to video driver problems or the
video card performance. we strongly recommend you upgrade your set of SLPs to a newer improved version. For upgrade options and version differences please click here.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS:
1) Please right click on the "My computer" icon and select
"Properties". Select the "Device Manager" tab
on the top and look for the "Display adapter" and "Sound,
video and game controllers". If any of those have a yellow
mark with an exclamation mark on it, then you have an hardware problem
and should be fixed by the computer vendor (most probably a card
has to be replaced). If you do not see any yellow mark on any of
this devices then please close the window and do the following: Right
click on the Desktop Screen and go to "Properties". Select
the "Settings" tab on the right hand corner of the properties
window. Under the Color options you should select any of the following:
High Color (16 bit), True Color (24 bit) or True Color (32 bit).
2) Uninstall the INDEO Software. Go to the Control Panel and select
Add/Remove Software. Scroll down and select INDEO Software. Click
Add/Remove and follow the instructions to uninstall. Then, please
go to <START> <SETTINGS> <CONTROL PANEL> double
click on <SOUNDS AND MULTIMEDIA> and click on the <DEVICES>
tab. Click on the [+] sign next to <Video Compression Codecs>.A
list of Codecs will appear. You should have ONLY Indeo(TM) R3.1,
Indeo(TM) R3.2 and Indeo video 5.04. If you have any other Indeo
codec than the ones mentioned, please select it/them and click on
<PROPERTIES> and "Remove".Restart your computer.
3) Another problem could be that your monitor is INTERLACED VIDEO.
Your monitor should be NON-INTERLACED VIDEO to work with video compressions.
About 99% of the monitors are VIDEO NON-INTERLACED. If you do not
know, please ask you systems department or your supplier.
4) If you have tried all of the above, then we have a very high assurance
that the problem you are facing is not related to the TOC-SLP software.
This is more likely to be a Windows Video conflict or a Hardware
problem (computer problem).
Q: I tried to install the TOC SLP but the installation program presents an error and the SLP is not installed.
A:There might be two reasons for the error message to appear:
Either your computer is set up to access a remote HD through a LAN or you do not have administrator privileges on your computer. The installation of the SLP has to be done locally on the computer where the TOC SLPs will be used. Please make sure you have administrator privileges on your computer for the TOC SLP to install properly.
