Q:
After a short time of running the CD the screen freezes
and sometimes I have to do a hard shutdown and reboot.

A: The CD should be clean and without scratches.
To clean teh CD, use a soft cloth wiping always from the center
to the outside border.

I can only see the warning and initial
title screen, but no video.

A:
Most cases are related to video driver problems or the video
card performance. Sometimes there are conflicts with Windows
due to damaged or corrupted files. Some other times there is
a hardware/software conflict between the installed Video Card
and video controller. |

In
any case please try the following:

| Download
the latest version of Windows Media Player® from http://windowsmedia.com/download/download.asp.
After downloading the software, install it on your computer
and insert the CD again. |
