    About the VIEWING PERIOD:

Can the program be viewed online or downloaded? Online. Each OnDemand session, can be viewed for two full weeks starting at any time you decide, within 6 months after having purchased the Access Link. Availability of the OnDemand viewing will depend on the language version. Click here to see a preliminary availability schedule.

What timeframe do I have to watch the program OnDemand? Each OnDemand session, once available, can be viewed for two weeks starting at any time you decide, within 6 months after made available or having purchased the Access Link. Availability of the OnDemand viewing will depend on the language version. Click here to see a preliminary availability schedule. What does this mean: "starting OnDemand at any time you decide, within 6 months after made available or having purchased the Access Link"?You can choose a start date for OnDemand viewing in the 6 month period after you purchased the Access Link. Nevertheless if the session or session language that you are interested in has not been made available, then the 6 month period will count starting the date the desired session has been made available. For example: You purchased an Access Link on February 20th, but would like to view the webcast sessions in Spanish. The Spanish version will be made available on March 5th, therefore the session will be available for you until September 5th. Once you have started viewing the session, let’s say on April 10th, you will only have two weeks of viewing. One Access Link can access one language only.

Should there be a mandatory gap between two sessions or can I watch it all in one stretch? Each OnDemand session, once available, can be viewed for two weeks starting at any time you decide, within 6 months after made available or having purchased the Access Link. If all sessions are available and you have not accessed the OnDemand viewing at that time, then you can choose to view all sessions one after the other. Once you start viewing any session, it will be available for only two weeks.

Please visit http://toc-goldratt.com/ for details or email us your specific concerns to webcast@toc-goldratt.com

Does the estimated duration per session of 2 hours include a Q&A section?Yes, about 20 minutes of each session are devoted for Q&A.

Is it possible to send questions and get an answer to them?Questions can be submitted at any point in time via an electronic message board. Questions will be forwarded to the Goldratt team to be answered via email to the person that submitted the question.

Does the session plan include a break? Yes. 2 breaks of specific length and at specific times will be announced beforehand, so that the viewers at every link can incorporate these into their own agendas.

After our company has gone through the program, will we be able to build our own network for projects? The program will give you the ability to build the proper PERT networks and convert them into realistic network (CCPM network). This program assumes that you do have basic project management knowledge of building conventional PERT networks. About TECHNICAL issues:

What are the technical requirements for a Windows computer?

    • Intel Pentium 4 Processor or faster
    • 512 Mb of RAM
    • Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista
    • Windows Media Player 11 and Adobe Flash Player
Note: To check your Windows Media Player version (version 11 is required): Open Windows Media Player; go to Help and click on ‘Check for Player Updates’

    What are the Internet requirements?

    • Broadband Internet connection with 1024 Kbps download bandwith
      • 1024 Kbps download bandwith for the best quality video, audio and presentation.
      • 512 Kbps download bandwith for a good quality for video and audio, but presentation may look blurry.
      • 256 Kbps download bandwith for a basic video and audio quality, and presentation not visible
    • To test your broadband speed, you can enter http://www.speedtest.net/

The Goldratt Webcast Viewer does not allow me to “Activate” a session. It is strongly recommended that you use Internet Explorer 7 to avoid this problem. If you cannot upgrade to Internet Explorer 7, please let us know and we will activate the session for you the day and time you request.

The Video window within the Viewer does not show any video. I just see a black window and when I click on Play nothing happens.

There might be several reasons for this. The most common one is that the video session has expired and needs to be restarted. If this is the case, then go back to the main page of the Viewer by clicking on the link that says: “Go back to the main page” within the video page, and click on “View” again to access and view the desired session.

If this does not solve the problem then go one by one of the following suggested solutions until the problem has been resolved:

    Possible solutions:

    1)
Check the firewall settings inn your network, to ensure that it is not preventing the video stream from getting to your computer. Please ask your network administrator to make sure that firewall port 554 is open.

    2) Make sure Windows Media Player and Adobe Flash Player latest versions are installed by performing an Update for each player.

    3) The Windows Media Player performance settings should have the "Detect speed automatically" and the "Use default buffer" options checked.

If none of the above resolves the problem, then we ask you to please send us the following information:

    • a print screen of your internet speed test at www.speedtest.net

    • a print screen of a trace route. To do this, open a windows command line window, enter the command: tracert a1.g.akamai.net, wait until it finishes with the trace.

When I click on the "View video in full screen" link the video turns upside/down and then the viewer closes.

Try increasing the video hardware acceleration. There are two video hardware acceleration settings and both should be changed:

    1. In Windows Media Player – Tools > Options > Performance tab. Move the video acceleration slider to Full.

    2. In the Windows operating system - click Start > Control Panel > double-click Display > Settings tab > Advanced > Troubleshoot tab. Move the Hardware acceleration slider to Full.

What can I do if my computer (or electric supply, or internet connection) fails during the live webcast?
Any session can be viewed as many times as needed for two-weeks after you have started your OnDemand viewing.
